Problem with updating TM

In December I purchased and installed Trados Studio 2017. Since I started using it, I noticed that any TM I create doesn't update properly: some update only partially (only some segments are saved in the TM), some di not update at all. I have already checked that the "Update" box is flagged and I always run the "Update main TM" task in the Batch Activities. In the Automation section of Options>Editor settings are also correct. I do not use  Project TMs. I have already tried to reinstall the programme and I have also deleted and created once again my TMs. I always confirm segments. I do not know what else to try...
