Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB4054530) compatible with SDL Trados 2017?

Question

Is it safe to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB4054530) update (released today)? 
 Last time I installed .NET Framework update, SDL Trados 2017 was not working anymore. I had to remove Windows .NET Framework update.

 EDITED: Normally these updates should not be a problem. If you are running Windows 10- you should have the 4.7.xx version already installed so this is just a simple update and works for W10 However I am just running the updates on a W7 machine right now so will get back to you ASAP with the results. 
 After running the new Windows updates, I can confirm Studio runs with no apparent issues.
