I cannot work on new word documents - or save trados packages -
(word is a new licence for 2017-2018). I can work on them but have to save it as a new file and then my clients cannot open it. The error message I always get is "The file was not created by a supported version of microsoft word and wont be processed. The document is not bilingual because tw4winMark style is not defined. All help appreciated as I cannot work at all at the moment.
