It looks like en-NT is the problem as there is no such language in the MS-LCID codes that Studio uses. I looked it up in XTM and it seems to be English (Neutral) which is something that must be XTM specific. I suggest you change the en-NT to en-US or en-GB, whatever you prefer. Then after translating the files replace the code in the target file with en-NT again.
In my opinion XTM should have just left en on its own if they wanted to do this and then Studio and any other CAT would be able to deal with it.
