Hi,
I would like to change the date format, but my problem is that the "Auto-substitution" icon and sub-items "Dates & times; Measurements"
seem to be missing.

Now, here's what that same OPTIONS dialog box look like in my Studio 2017.
Where has that "Auto-substitution" functionality gone?
Have I disabled it without knowing?

On your first screenshot, there is English to Swedish pair.
On your second screenshot, there is the All Languages option (specific languages are not determined).
Try clicking on Language Pairs and then Add...
Update: Ah, they have been determined, I could not see them. So just select your specific pair (French to English).
