As soon as I posted the following, I realised I'd misread your question. I will leave that which I posted as it may be useful to someone.

I understand now, you want to filter and lock all CM & 100% matches AND all repetitions beyond that.

So, you can filter for Context matches and 100% matches together as I indicated below. Lock them all. Or you can do each individually with the old display filter too.

Then, a new filter for 'Exclude first occurrences' with either the basic display filter or the advanced will find all but the first occurrences of any repetitions.

Then you can lock those.

If you want to see what's left, filter using 'Segment Locking > Unlocked'

You can also find figures for these under Reports.

So, to filter for Context matches and 100% matches and repetitions thereof:

If you add All repetitions to the filter, it will only display units that are EITHER Context matches OR 100% matches AND have repetitions.

A basic explanation of how the Advanced Display Filters work:

You can add more than one item from within a group, so a filter for Context matches and 100% both being in the 'Origin' group will bring up BOTH

Once you add something from a separate group, it will filter only items that respond to the first group AND the second group.

Not easy to explain but I expect you know what I mean. An example:

The above filter will display segments that have Context matches OR 100% OR were copied from source but ONLY if they are repetitions (including the first) AND WITHOUT numbers.

It's an amazing piece of kit, the advanced filter, I simply LOVE it!

Thanks for your tips.

Now the problem is that, we can filter segments by status and everything, but we cannot "LOCK" them more than once.

After locking segments using "Exclude first occurrences" filter, I used 'Segment Locking > Unlocked' & 'Origin > Context matches, 100% matches', then I cannot lock those filtered segments as "lock segment" menu doesn't appear like below:

"lock segment" menu appears greyed out under Advance>Lock Segment, and there's no way I can lock the filtered segments.

I do hope that I can solve this as the feature has to be used for most of my projects.

AH, OK, I see.

Bizarre, this shouldn't happen. The menu is behaving as if some segments in the filtered content are already locked. Maybe the unfiltered content's locked segments are confusing the software.

So, if you click 'unlock segments' it should do the job because the shortcut is the same for both. Or, try using 'Ctrl+L' as follows:

Filter then highlight all segments you wish to lock (click on the first number cell, scroll without clicking the mouse again then click on the last number cell) then click Ctrl+L together ... The first Ctrl+L may unlock them all but repeat it and it will lock all of them.

Without seeing your screen I can't tell if you've successfully highlighted all the filtered segments before clicking Ctrl+L. Are you sure they are all highlighted?

What happens if you place the cursor in just one of the filtered segments and hit Ctrl+L?

the screenshot in your comment shows you did 'Not 'select them properly. It should be 'Gold(Orange)' not Black.
