Termbase recognition

Question

Since upgrading to 2017 2 years ago, my termbase search does not show any results. Even thought words in the segments are hightligted in red. 
 I have seen many posts on this subject and I have tried the proposed solutions to no avail. 
 It has worked approximately a dozen times since upgrading. Can I have my money refunded and return to 2015?

It sounds like you may be looking in the wrong place. Recognized terms are shown in the Term Recognition pane, not in the Term Search pane. You can try going to the View tab, finding Term Recognition and clicking on it to see the right pane appear on your screen.
