Once I renewed my language cloud I have been receiving this error message that does not allow me to open SDL and continue working, as well as my my renewkal clock is ticking.

I am wondering whether your login credentials have been corrupted (using various email sign-ins maybe)
First try resetting your login
Ensure SDL Trados Studio is closed
Go to: C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
Delete for SDL Trados Studio 2015:LanguageCloud.bin
Now try to open Studio
If Studio still does not open, you will need to reset Studio
