Error message: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Question

I receive the following error message when trying to create a new project: 
 Error message: The given key was not present in the dictionary. 
 Details: 
 
 Using SDL Trados 2017 
 Just 1 Word file (.docx format) 
 No track changes or other strange formatting in the source file 
 
 Please help! :-)

Hello Christina Leyerer , 
 
I am pretty sure this error is related to the MS Word file you are using. 
Therefore please re-save the Word (.docx) file and reimport. If this still does not work, please re-save into an earlier version of docx. 
This should resolve the problem.
