linebreaks in idml files doubles after export

Question

Hi all,
I'm currently working on a couple of Indesign IDML files. After exporting the translation back to idml, all forced linebreaks (shift+enter) are doubled. So when the original file shows one, the translated idml shows two etc. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem? Thanks very much!

As you posted this a while back and it seems no one has answered so far, I was wondering if you can post some screen shots. 
I'm not a InDesign user myself, but came across the following article and was wondering if the lijne break issue stems from the original formatting maybe
