Autosuggest function not working with termbase (file-based)

Hello! 
 
 I have added a file-based termbase to a project. When I enter a segment, the red line above the word shows me that the term is in the termbase but in the termbase window itself, the term is not offered. When I type the word into the search box within the termbase window, the term(s) come up. I can also insert them by clicking the respective button in the termbase window. 
 I checked the autosuggest settings under File-Options-Autosuggest, they are enabled and Termbases are ticked as autosuggest providers. 
 Does anyone have any ideas what else I could try or what might be the problem here?

Hi Nadine, 
 It looks like you may only be looking at the Termbase Search window and not Term Recognition, which is where recognized terms are listed. To activate the Term Recognition window, you can go to the View tab and select Term Recognition there.
