Although I checked the appropriate boxes (extract comments) and (comments as segments) under projet settings/file types/word/common, these comments don't appear in the edit page. I understand they should appear in the left column (inEnglish) just after the segment which is commented. There are no track changes visibles in the original document, just the comment. What is the secret to make this work? This is kind of urgent.
