Studio 2019: TM Maintenance only showing 334 segments of 100,000+ server TM (Groupshare 2017 SP1)

Hi everyone,
So I've had a few gripes with TM maintenance view for a while now (hardly being able to search for anything, server time outs etc) and I was looking forward to changes in Studio 2019, including better navigation. Thank you SDL for implementing long requested usability improvements to this part of the application! However, I've just opened a server TM and the last page only goes up to 334 segments of a TM which is larger than 100,000 TUs. Are there any known issues at this point?
Many thanks,

Daniel

  • Hi Daniel,

On the timeouts when searching unfortunately that fix was needed in a multitude of places, so will only be fully fixed once GroupShare 2017 CU08 is released, which is scheduled for late August. Using Studio 2019 (or Studio 2017 CU13 once released) will significantly improve searches in TM Maintenance when not using Regex. I was able to test this with a early build of CU08 already.
Apologies for the time it took to fix that one, but it was not straightforward.

In terms of the issue you describe with only 334 segments, that sounds odd, so probably best to raise it with support so they can investigate.

    Thanks,
    Luis
