When downloading a translation in XML format I'm finding that high-bit characters (apostrophes, accented characters) are being inconsistently escaped.
E.g. an accented e is represented as é, but an apostrophe is escaped into '
Is there a setting somewhere that controls which characters are escaped, so that I can make it either escape everything, or nothing? I read somewhere that there might be a mapping file which controls which characters are escaped?
