In Sdl 2017, the control +enter function to confirm segments is not working I have to right click on the segment and change the segment status which is very time consuming. The settings are ok in the "keyboard shortcuts" as i ve checked this and I also tried to create a new shortcut just to see if that worked but to know sucess. Has anyone had this problem before? how did you solve it?

Steven Whale, did you mean to include a link to the YT video? It's not present if so... or at least, I can't see it.
...also, is it possible that a Windows update has caused this?
After the last Windows update, I lost the ability to right-click on my taskbar icons. I Googled it and found others had experienced the same thing and had found the solution, a .cmd script that solved the problem...

I have in the past changed shortcuts inadvertently via the FN key without realising (as the heavy handed two finger typist I am).
And yes I am very sure Windows updates causes issues- on my home machine I lost the ability to scroll completely with the keyboard and at other times the shifty key just stopped.
Very infuriating.

I was suggesting the Windows Repair of Studio as a solution for you, Camille, in case the video did not provide a solution. If you Steven have the same problem, you're better placed than I to find a solution ;-)
Camille, I've watched the YouTube video and I found the man was speaking too fast and using a lot of American jargon. So I thought a good point to make here is that you can slow down the speed of a YouTube video which makes it easier to understand. This is done by hovering the cursor above the bottom line of the video, making the video control toolbar appear.
Click on the Settings cog at the right hand end of the video toolbar (highlighted in yellow above) and select 'Speed' from the menu that pops up, then you can choose a slower speed.
