Status of CRQ-8081 (File-based TMs) and Equivalent for Server-based TMs

Question

Can someone at SDL, tell me the status of CRQ-8081 for File-based TMs? 
 Also, the same bug seems to be happening with server-based TMs and is quite severe (i.e. all segments with numbers have a wrong match rate), can someone tell me the JIRA number for this one? 
 This is quite a huge bug, so need to get some info!

I have some confirmation on this now. This should have been fixed already in Studio 2019 and will be added to Studio 2017 CU13 when it's released.

I believe this was fixed for Studio 2019 and not sure if it was retrofitted into Studio 2017. The fix was also different for file-based and server-based as the problem was apparently related to the setting not making a difference for the latter. 
 
 Daniel Brockmann might be able to help when he's back off leave. In the meantime can you test with Studio 2019 and see if your problem is resolved?
