TM Update failing?

Hi,

As part of our ongoing effort to ensure Studio is as error free as possible you may be aware that we introduced the customer experience program.  You have the opportunity to agree to send us information as you work with Studio or not when you first install and get set up.  Hopefully everyone says yes!

Part of the data we are sent includes errors that are generated, whether you see them or not, through incorrect behaviour of the application when you perform your daily tasks.  This information is very helpful because we can see the problems that occur the most and can often fix them without needing any further information from you at all.  Sometimes there may not be enough information in the stack trace we receive to fix them and this is why I have started this thread to ask for your help.

Our telemetry data is telling us that some users are still experiencing a Translation Memory update failed error.  We have found one reason for this that we are working on now, but our data goes back a little further than the last few months and we think there may be another problem.  Can anyone confirm that they have experienced this problem and does it happen when performing certain actions or just when working with some specific Translation Memories?
