I presume you mean they have disappeared from your Studio Projects View list.

There is more than one way a project can disappear from your projects list but if your SDL Studio projects are not saved somewhere other than the default place Studio saves them to, you will find them here:

C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Studio 2017\Projects

Double click on the .sdlproj icon to open a project in Studio again, as here:
