No TM found to update for language pair....

Hello, 

I have a project with 5 languages. Since I updated to Trados 2019 in 3 languages I continue getting this message and when I click on close, the program shuts down. 

Warning message in Trados Studio update main translation memories stating no translation memories found for English (United Kingdom) to Italian (Italy) language pair.

And I get this other message: 

Error message in Trados Studio indicating failure to save project 'Melia Hotels International' due to the file being used by another process.

This is the configuration of the project:

When I click on update for EN-FR, EN-PT and EN-IT and OK on the bottom of the page, the program shuts down again...

How can I solve this?
