Saving target problem (IDML)

Question

Hello all, 
 I'm having problems with saving the target of a translated IDML of 164 pages. Apparently the error message is well-known: 
 Failed to save target content: Extra '<image/>' reference tag within the segment ID ''. Please run the Tag Verification to see details. 
 And I see it's discussed in a post from 2016

 Does anybody know if there is any progress since then please? 
 I cannot save the original IDML in a different version as I don't have InDesign and I prefer no to bother the client with this obviously. I also checked the "Check for updates" option in Studio but no luck.

Have you run the verification check and made sure you don't have an extra tag in the affected segment?

I think your problem is related to a problem in 2014 trying to handle these new versions of IDML. 2014 hasn’t been supported for some time and I just processed the file in 2019 without any problems at all. 
 
However, there are many tags missing because Studio 2014 doesn’t expose them in this newer version correctly and I started to correct them for you but there are far too many. So the best solution would for you to finish this properly in Studio 2019. I sent you an email on a way to do this.
