I have a license for SDL Trados but I cannot activate it.?

I have the license of tradose but every time I try to activate it I get a fail message ??

    Here's how it looks:

    Click on 'Request License Reset' and a live chat form should pop up, through which you can give details and someone will chat with you live.

    If for any reason that doesn't happen, click on 'Submit Case' and a longer form will pop up. Fill out all the details, selecting 'Licensing' at the 'Case type' line and giving your email address accurately as this is how you will be contacted. 

    Licensing issues are always dealt with within 24 hours.
