Question

Hi everyone again: 
 I am trying to open SDL Trados 2017 and the following message appears: 
 No se ha podido iniciar el servicio 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService'. 
 I don't know what is the reason but I am unable to open it. 
 May someone help me?
