SDL Trados Studio 2019 - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {433B3440-C283-4ED9-83FB-182B2A5F6576} failed due to the following error: 8007007e. The specified module could not be found (Exception from HRESULT 0x8007007E)

Question

I'm getting this error and cannot access my termbases. 
 Any help?

Can you tell us please when this error is occurring? At what stage of the translation process exactly. 
 
What is your MS operating system? 
 
I have not seen this error for quite some time but I recall this was often an incompatibility issue between soft wares/versions. 
Any further help you can provide will go a long way to helping us find a solution.

 I am assuming that you have Studio 2017 and Studio 2019 installed side by side and your termbase are saved locally. 
 If there is a corruption in MultiTerm and and the following may suggest there is.... 
 Unknown said: The same happens if I open Multiterm desktop then a simple reinstall will often not fix the problem. 
 Therefore try resetting Studio and Multiterm using the following (free) app-

I am running out of suggestions here im afraid. 
The only other suggestion i have is to disable your antivirus software and see if this makes a difference. 
 
Failing that, please log a support ticket via your SDL account- issues that prevent you from working are free of charge.
