It is very unusual to see so many errors at the same time.

So if you could post the error stacks- this may give us a better insight in to whats causing the multiple errors.

Also i would suggest resetting both Studio and MultiTerm using the following free app.

I would also suggest you make sure your Windows OS is completely up to date (before resetting Studio/MultiTerm) as well as i have seen a couple of cases of unexplained errors being caused by out of date Windows OS.

Please remember that often although the Windows updates have been downloaded, not all are installed, so sometimes you need to run the update option a couple of times.
