Problem adding a new term to a TB

Question

Good evening, 
 I am trying to add a new entry to my TB. I highlighted both the source and the target word and then I cliked the right mouse on "add new term". The problem is that the draft entry is not displayed in the TB viewer window, the page stays blank and if I click on "save this entry" Studio freezes (please see attached picture). 
 I tried to restart Studio and I also tried the same operation with other terms/other files but the programme keeps freezing in the same way. 
 I checked for pending updates through the "help" button on the dash board but I don't have any. 
 Any idea of how I can solve the problem?

Can you please confirm that you process the update to your Multiterm? If not, please update your Multiterm and see if the problem was fixed.
