How can I set the limitation for a .PO file?

Hi, 
 recently I have received some .PO files which contain information on length limitations. Unfortunately Trados Studio can not read the information on limitation from the .PO file itself, and I could not find any setting, plugin or solution that does not involve some very complicated workaround. 
 Here is an example of the code: 
 #. #. label BLABLABLA #. maximum 10 letters msgctxt "blablabla" msgid "XYZ" msgstr "XYZ" 
 Is there any tool, setting or plugin in SDL Trados Studio 2015/2017 to fix this issue?

The "maximum 10 letters" text is just a comment , it's NOT any limitation. The PO format specification ( https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/PO-Files.html ) clearly says that "hashmark followed by dot" is just a comment extracted from the source code. 
 So there is not any tool or plugin which would be able to make use of this.
