BMP to termbase

Question

Hi 
 I need a termbase to use in Studio 2019 with European union terms English-German to speed up my work witout research outside. 
 I did not find one but download the suggestion file with the extension "eu-tm-en-de-en-us-de.bpm" 
 Is there any way to convert this to a sdltp or any other more useful format. 
 Or any idea where to get a termbase for European union terms?

Thanks a lot. 
I have download the file appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
(it was already marked "Paid") and have imported it in a created termbase with 2 languages in Multiterm 2019 
At the end I got a sdltb with 3 MB. By the way the same size I created yesterday without having your link (so none idea from which file - the only one I had was the mentioned bpm file). 
The file shows intelligent matching entries in Multiterm. 
Whether it will work in Trados 2019 I will see when/if the lady comes back who wanted to provide an huge related job today :)

I'm expecting IATE to publish an API this month (I think) so perhaps someone will take advantage of that and create a more direct way to work with EU terminology in Studio :-)
