I've just read this thread and I think I'm having the same problem. I cannot pre-translate a project using the DeepL provider Plugin. Could you please help me? Also via skype, if you wish. Thanks, Antonio
First of all please can you share a screenshot of your project settings showing your pre-translation settings and that your DeepL provider has been added to the project successfully.

You seem to be mixing up the places you're looking for your settings. You either work in All Languages or the specific language pair. Not both at the same time. It looks as though everything should be set at this level in your project:
