My pre-translate batch task does not work

My pre-translate batch task does not populate the file segments. Any idea what could cause this?

 You seem to be mixing up the places you're looking for your settings. You either work in All Languages or the specific language pair. Not both at the same time. It looks as though everything should be set at this level in your project:

There could be a number of reasons for this but it would help to know who you are set up? Are you using Translation Memories only and only have fuzzy matches that below the default setiing of 100% for pretranslate? Are you using a Machine Translation engine and didn't set up your pretranslate task to use MT when no match is found?

Just closing this one off... I'm not entirely sure what the problem was but we resolved it by making sure the TM was correctly referenced ion the project. Might have been the result of moving the project to a different location without disengaging it from Studio first.
