Hello, I have a question on sign-in Trados Studio 2019.

Is it okay to use Trados Studio 2019 without sign-in when we don't use Language Cloud at all?

Or is it okay to use Trados Studio 2019 with another user's account when necessary like uploading or downloading APPs?

One of the network users in my company is a temporary employee and she doesn't have a company email address. I've used my account to upgrade or download APPs to her Trados Studio 2019. She uses Trados Studio 2019 without sign-up at all. 

I'm wondering if there're some problems about this.
