Word - Insert translation in specific column of a table

My clients send me a Word file with some texts at the beginning with instructions and a large table below.

Only two table columns are for translation (English Text and English web text) and there are two target columns (Translation and Web Translation), respectively.

Screenshot of a Word file table with columns labeled 'TO TRANSLATE ENGLISH TEXT', 'TO TRANSLATE ENGLISH WEB TEXT', 'TRANSLATION', and 'WEB TRANSLATION'. The 'TO TRANSLATE' columns are highlighted, indicating they are selected for translation in Trados Studio.

What I am currently doing is to make hidden all text not for translation, translate the Word in Studio, and then copy the translated text (which is still under the English Text and English web text columns) in the target columns (Translation and Web Translation).

I deliver this Word back to my client, he sends it to the proofreader, who works in track changes on the Word file. Then I am returned the proofread Word file.

Currently, I am manually implementing any proofreader's change in Studio, so that my TM is up to date. However, this is proving time consuming.

I cannot use the retrofit option and I cannot use the Update source option, either. Is there a way to tell Studio to put the translation in the Translation and Web Translation columns? I know there is such option for Excel files, but this is a Word file. Thank you!
