Keyboard shortcuts for superscript and subscript do not work

Hi, 
 In Studio 2019, the keyboard shortcuts for superscript and subscript are Ctrl+Shipt+Oemplus and Ctrl+Oemplus by default. Neither works for me.

I just checked to make sure these work for me, and they do, so perhaps we can look at the obvious first (apologies for this...) 
 
- have you selected the text and then applied to shortcut? 
- are you showing the tags in the editor? 
- are these features available in the filetype you are handling?

In this case I think I'd look at these things next: 
 
1. check the keyboard shortcut lists and make sure you have no duplicates... or reset them 
2. perhaps update your keyboard driver

It's not like this on my keyboard, but I guess you should just eassign the shortcuts to something that makes more sense for you.
