Cannot download app, I keep getting the login prompt?

I cannot download an app I urgently require.

To log in and download apps from the SDL app store, you will need to ensure you are using the email address that is registered on your SDL account ( @de#######). 
 
If you are using the correct email address- which 'app' are you trying to download? Are you receiving any error messages?

 Can you check you are using the latest version of Chrome (we always recommend Chrome or Firefox), so any issues might be a browser settings issue.
