Hello, 
 I am using Studio 2019. 
 I have created a project by making the relevant project settings like TM, Language pair, translation direction etc.. 
 However, when try to click on a file to start translation, an error message: 
 
 What can I do?

Please try resetting Studio- you can use the following app for this- 
 appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
 
Should the problem persist- please check the file(s) and the language codes which should be in this case en-GB or (en-US) to tr-TR
