Translate
Hi there,
We have delivered the translated XML files in Catalan. The following settings selected for XML any types:
- Whitespace - Always Preserve
- Writer - Unicode - Preserve; add if not originally present
- XML: lang attribute values- Change matching source language to target language
It appears that Trados has translated the quotes (" in EN and ( in Catalan). As the result of this, the error message is received and the translated file can not be opened in Chrome.
Could someone please advise which options need to be selected for XML files in Trados in order not to translate the quotation marks?
