Paul, I believe it's pretty clear from the screenshot what is this issue about - about the <!ENTITY> elements.
And I believe that there is nothing what can be done about that since AFAIK Studio does not make the corresponding strings available for translation... Or is there any way to reference these elements in the XML parser? I admit I did not even try...

Thanks for sending me the file... Evzen was right, it was obviouos what your problem was.  Apologies for that.

The only way I can figure out who to handle this would be to set up a process where you double handle the files.  Something like this:

1. Translate the XML
2. Save the target XML
3. Translate the target XML file this time using a Regex based Filetype and extract the text between the ENTITY tags only
4. Save the target, and now you have a fully translated filetype.

It's easy enough to do this with the file the second time around:

The problem is that the construct <! is refers to a declaration of some sort and is not normally translatable text.  I did wonder if I might be able to use the embedded filetype for this but that's not possible either.  I think the only way to do this in one go would be to have a developer create a custom XML filetype that also picked up these constructs.  If you have a developer in your company it may not be to hard to achieve.
