Hi everyone, I have been struggling with my Studio 2017. Every time I try to open a file the error message was showed: Key not found: '1c6b5f68-5a6f-4d9a-a1c9-6be0241d6a54' Parameter name: key. I really hope some of you might be able to help me!

In this case I suggest you first of all try a reset. You could use this app for the reset and this will also explain what you will lose by carrying out a reset before you do it: 
 
 appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
 
But if you'd rather do this manually then rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0 
 
So the path would become this: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0_old 
 
If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 
If that doesn't help please try renaming this file and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Studio 2017\Projects\projects.xml 
 
You will find all your projects have disappeared from the projects list in Studio when you do this and you'll have to add them back in again one at a time by using "Open Project" and selecting the SDLPROJ file for each project.

Does this happen with any file, or just this one? Is this part of an existing project or has somebody sent you an SDLXLIFF to handle and you are trying to open this as a single file project?
