Here's the situation: I'm working in a company with several other translators and we mostly translate financial statements that are highly repetitive so we were advised to create server-based TMs.

Each TM is attributed with both EN>LT and LT>EN language directions. After aligning a number of files and importing them into our server-based TMs, we tried translating choosing the "AnyTM: Any server-based TM" function. However, we translate the documents in both directions which are EN<>LT, so if EN>LT file has to be translated, but the alignment was made and imported into LT>EN TM, no matches are provided.

I read the SDL documentation which states that Reversing language directions is only supported for file-based SDL Trados Studio translation memories. This is disappointing so we need a solution that would work for us.

Any help or suggestions how to solve this?
