PO files: Show Translator Notes in Trados

Question

Hi all, 
 We are currently struggling with a PO file that includes important comments for the translators, which we want to make visible in Trados. Is that possible? The notes show in Poedit, but I am wondering how we could make that work in the Trados Editor. 
 This is what it looks like in Poedit, see the notes to the right:

 The text after #. contains the notes. I cannot share the whole file here due to privacy but the lines look all the same. 
 In XML filters, we can define tags as context that will then show up in the Document Structure Information. 
 Would someone have any idea how to trick this file into doing that?

Hi AnnaR 
 Why don't you just use the preview? It highlights the active segment so it's easy to see where you are and the files may be quite readable.
