Track changes exist but not visible in editor

Question

Hello all 
 We have received from our translators an sdxliff file which contain track changes (can see them through notepad++) but are not visible at all within Studio editor. 
 In case we filter the segments with track changes, this is filtered but we cannot see where are the changes. 
 Am attaching the sdlxliff in scope to check.

Before we spend too much time on this can you confirm where the track changes were made? If it was Studio which version, and if not which application was used?
