I'm trying to open a project package but I receive this error message. How I can solve this issue?
If this is happening with ANY package, try the following:
Open Studio. Go to File > Setup > Manage User Profiles > Reset User Profiles.
Let me know which version of Studio you're using, if you need screenshots to help you find your way.

PS If this is only happening with a specific package, it could be that the package is faulty. In this case, ask the client to recreate and supply the package again.
