Hi, I am translating a math text where many of the Math terms are kept in a Multiterm 1:1 glossary (that is, for each English term there is only one Spanish translation). I would need something that Wordfast already did about 10 years ago: Copy source into target segment BUT WHILE replacing at the same time all the words found in the glossary with their corresponding Spanish (i.e., target-language) version.
Why? Because I need to copy source into target segment due to the high amount of tags I have, but I would like to avoid replacing each word in the glossary using CTRL+, (if possible).
That is, if my sentence is
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Find the gradient of the function f(x)=x^3-2x+1 at x=2 and write the equation of the function's asymptotes.
and I have in my glossary gradient= pendiente; function= función; find=halle; write= escriba; equation=ecuación; asymptote= asíntota
I would like the fancy-copy-source-into-target to paste
Halle the pendiente of the función f(x)=x^3-2x+1 at x=2 and escriba the ecuación of the función's asíntota.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Any help?? If Champollion could do it on his own, I bet you can too. :)
Best regards,
Esther
