Adding Amazon Translate plugin doesn't work...

Question

Hi, 
 I have tried to install Amazon Translate as a plugin in Trados, but it doesn't work if I follow the steps in https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/w/customer-experience/3315.amazon-translate-mt-provider . 
 I manage to setup the CLI and configure it correctly as per the description. Then, I'm supposed to see Amazon Translate in the Translation Memory and Automated Translation window, but it's not there, as you can see in the below screenshot 
 
 I use Trados on a terminal server, and I have disconnected and re-connected, but that did not solve the problem. Does anybody know what might be the problem?

 Could you maybe check that you have the correct version of Amazon Translate MT installed- 
 
 I have tested this in both 2017 and 2019 and it works for me.

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
