Show markup under track changes comes up automatically

Hi, first time here. I just downloaded te last update of my SDL 2019. Now when I use Track changes to review a document, the option "show markup" comes back up automatically as soon as I start editing, I change it to "no markup" and again it changes back to "show markup" when I edit another segment. This is very annoying, and time consuming. Any ideas of why is happening? Is this a glitch? how do I report it and get it fix? Thanks!

  • May I suggest that before "features" like this are considered for adding to Trados Studio, the user community is consulted? This would avoid a lot of pointlessly expended developer time and a lot of frustrated translators. Another nasty in Studio 2019 is the excessive time and flashing lists taken to add a term to the Termbase from within Studio (if the term is to be added without editing [Ctrl+Shift+F2], why bother displaying the Termbase Viewer at all anyway?). Also, it takes aeons to verify [F8] the tiniest document if the MS Word add-in is active. These didn't happen in Studio 2017 - how come they have surfaced in Studio 2019. It's all very disappointing.
