Is it just me or has Studio 2019 after updating to SR1 stopped responding to keyboard shortcuts such as CTRL+A, CTRL+V, CTRL+C properly, both through AHK and manually? I can't use my custom Python script for Deepl, that I launch through AHK, and too bad, I will have to continue the project in Cafetran, and only come back to Studio for the final steps. These shortcuts work OK outside of Studio, checked in UltraEdit, so it is not a local Windows problem.

Anything that has to do with select all, copy and paste simply does not work. Even after I redefined the shortcuts for these things in Studio. I guess the only major difference between my setup and yours is that my PC's architecture is AMD, but why should that matter?
I shut down Studio and restarted it suspecting that a client's package is messing something up, but the problem still persists (with the package closed).
Another “interesting” thing I notice is that the line break character is not displayed correctly:
A boxed question mark appears instead of the broken arrow. Wassup?
Again I can't reproduce this. Line break symbol works fine for me. The font isn't rendering properly in the display for you.
It sounds as if something has interfered with your installation process, or it is being influenced in unexpected ways by other parts of your setup.
That which sometimes helps in such contexts is a Windows Repair. To run a Windows Repair of Studio, via Control Panel...

Thank you, Alison, for your advice. That did the trick for me too. However, I wonder why this is happening. Initially I thought this was the result of a mix-up with Dragon, but it was not. One puts off looking for answers when clients take priority. It took me a few weeks of suffering before finding this solution. Thanks a bunch.
