Dear all, 

I've just pre-translated a series of PowerPoint files using Trados. I am using two TMs and DeepL for all segments which are not in the TM. The result of the pre-translation is incomplete. Many of the segments which are not in the TM are pre-translated using the DeepL AT, but there are dozens of segments which remain empty for some reason. I'm uploading a screenshot that shows what the problem is.

Can someone explain why there are so many empty segments and also how I can apply DeepL to them? There are no AT suggestions for these empty segments and I don't know how to generate them.
