System Out of Memory error

I regularly have Studio projects containing around 2500 files. Some operations on such projects take > 5 hours (for instance opening an analysis report) or are impossible (for instance opening all files in the Editor, filtering a subset, locking the subset and saving the files again) because Studio hangs or crashes with a System.OutOfMemory error message. It is not the word volume that causes the trouble, but it is the number of files.
The problem can be reproduced at any time.

Conditions:
Windows 10
Studio 2017 (with latest updates)
Studio 2019 (with latest updates)
intel I7 8th gen, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD HDD (also tried on lesser equipped machinery)

Steps tried but no result:
Unlinked all TM's from project
Project resurrected
RAM usage monitored: never exceeded 3 GB (This is a 32 bit app!).
Removed all SDL temp files from \appdata\local\temp (there are lot left behind after a crash)
Clean start, no programs open but Studio

SDL Trados Studio crashes with error message: "Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

If you have elementary knowledge about the nature of OOM problem
You are not going to write this kind of article
That just make me a smile

Let me give you hard evidences for my smile.
I was in trouble with OOM while I using SDL Trados Studio for two times
One was 10 TMs handling for my personal purpose, it directly stems from its real technique 'SQLite' not from SDL Trdaos Studio itself.
The other was the same pattern. It occurred from the notorious WebBrowser when I tried to parse websites from SDL Trados Studio side.

Unfortunately, I have never experienced this kind of problem yet.
So, If you provide some more real clue, the problem would be solved easily.
    Currently. Nothing.
You just wanted it to be solved out of nothing.

I am not sure but, SDL can dig into this problme more deeply
even it does not have "Clent's confidential SDL project"
For instance, SDL Trados Studio hides 'GiGaByte' size of its own log.
    Chect it out at "C:\Users\D_Trump\AppData\Local\SDL"
From time to time I delete all of them.
For me, that is waste of my HD space.
