how to change language settings in 2019 freelance edition

Question

I made the mistake of setting up Simplified but not Traditional Chinese as one of my five preferred languages. I need to change that. How can I do it? I have reinstalled the software twice to no effect.

 I don't think you do need to change your languages as if you have one version of Chinese installed, the others should also be installed. You can check this by going to File > Options > Editor > Languages as I indicated in your other post. 
 If you find that is not the case, then take a look here: 
 How to change the 5 languages 
 you will see that Sandor Juhasz contacted Installation Support and that they reset the languages quickly without uninstalling/reinstalling Studio, by editing the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient15 was renamed to LDSRClient15.old). 
 If you feel confident enough to change your PC registry, you could try this. If not, contact installation support here: 
 Installation support 
 Fill out the form, explain your problem and give them an accurate email address to contact you on and they can access your computer to change that setting for you.

Just to let others know this is the way to go. My Studio 2019 was all set up but one language was missing - I dont use it all that much and it seemed perfectly reasonable to me that I would be able to add it later. I loaded up the customer's package (it was a review) and got an error saying that one of the languages was not configured in the installation. After doing this registry step, all that happened was that it asked me to configure the available languages again upon opening the program. Everything else was set up and ready to go as before. Perfect! Many thanks!

 Sorry about the late reply- came across your question by accident. 
 To ensure that your post is seen, please 'tag' the person who will then see your response.

 It cannot be emphasized enough, that editing the registry (incorrectly) can have serious consequences. 
 Should an incorrect entry be altered, in the worst case scenario , it could mean that you are not able to even restart Windows- which would then require a new clean install of the Windows OS and all other programs and applications. 
 Windows does not warn you about the implications of the changes you make could have on the system.
