Translate
Hello all,
I am a relatively novice user of Studio 2017 and I am not that familiar with all its required settings. I am now trying to get the basic stats for a new 12,000-words Word document (*.docx) that I have to translate but it gives me only n/a responses (words, characters, segments for Confirmation Stats, and also n/a for Analysis stats).
Could this be only a basic setting issue? or could it be related to some kind of security restrictions on the Word document? or could it require a re-installation of Studio?
