Is it possible in Studio 2017 to automatic confirm 100% matches?
Hi Maya Prpic
Yes, it is possible.
You can do this via the Pre-translate Batch Task. Batch tasks are described globally here in the Studio 2017 Help documentation:
You can do this as part of setting up a new project, or you can do it to an existing project or file, as described as part of the global bask tasks on existing content, here:
Batch tasks on existing project/file
The Pre-translate batch task specifically is described here:
Running batch tasks: Pre-translate Files
I hope this is enough info, come back and ask for more if not,
All the best,
Alison

You're very welcome, Maya Prpic
Have a wonderful year 2019
All the best,

I'm working in Trados Studio 2019 and believe that I've followed the steps at the linked topic on pre-transation of files. However, when I open an individual file to look at the strings, none of them are confirmed. That is, none of the pencils have the check mark next to them. Is there something that I'm most likely to be doing wrong?
It must have something to do with what I've already done. If I make a new project, the settings work as I expect. If I try to pre-translate the files after I've already run the project through once, then I can't get the files to update.
